Personalized Cause is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to requests@personalizedcause.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Personalized Cause does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. All items are shipped within a few business days. If you need your item immediately, please call us at 866-692-2873.

Returns

Personalized Cause wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus delivery charges and other charges that may apply.  Please include your reason for return. 

Please note:  Customized items and special orders cannot be returned.  If there is a problem with your order, or your order is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
